JustRelate Planning Board

JustRelate Planning Board is a cloud-based tool for appointment and resource planning. As a default, it is integrated with JustRelate CRM, in the sense that it lets you manage and work with appointments that were originally created in the CRM. See the JustRelate CRM documentation for details.

The planning board visualizes appointments on a timeline, enabling you to plan actions more conveniently and reliably and, for example, identify and resolve the overlapping use of resources.

The planning board and JustRelate CRM synchronize with each other to keep all data consistent.

After every action performed in the CRM, it pushes new data to the planning board via a REST API. The planning board frontend reflects this data within approximately ten seconds. And, after every action in the planning board, it creates an event log that the CRM fetches at one-minute intervals, again via a REST API, to update the records concerned.
